No, it's not necessary. Many clients prefer not to be home and provide us with secure access. However, we're happy to perform the service while you're at home, if that's your preference.
It depends on the size of the property and the type of service. Regular cleanings usually take between 1.5 to 3 hours. Deep cleans or move-in/move-out cleanings may take longer.
Standard cleaning services is $50 per hour per employee. Deep cleaning services $60 per hour per employee.
